Thank you for registering for the Gould Syndrome Conference. Please complete this form so we can ensure appropriate accommodations for all presenters and researchers. The conference will take place over three days with the following focus areas. A final agenda will be distributed prior to the event. Please note that registration for in-person attendance closes on April 10, 2026. Virtual attendees may register up until the date of the event.

• Friday, May 15th – Patient Connect Day: Genetics of the Disease, Behavioral Challenges, Mental Health for Caregivers, General Medical Questions, Patient listening session. Scientists and Clinicians are welcome and encouraged to attend Patient Connect Day.

• Saturday, May 16th – Research & Clinical Presentations: Updates from researchers and clinicians

• Sunday, May 17th – Expert Round Table: Review of current projects and future research planning
